Independent Contractor & Authorized Agent Disclosure

ElectriFi Consulting LLC operates as an independent contractor and authorized energy agent. We are not a Retail Electric Provider (“REP”), natural gas supplier, utility company, Transmission and Distribution Utility (“TDU”), or governmental entity.

ElectriFi Consulting LLC utilizes licensed broker service platforms and proprietary software that allow authorized agents to request pricing and plan information from licensed electricity and natural gas suppliers (“Suppliers”) for residential and commercial customers. Our role is limited to requesting Supplier pricing, presenting available options, and referring customers directly to Suppliers for enrollment.

ElectriFi Consulting LLC does not have authority to bind any Supplier, broker, or utility and does not execute energy supply contracts on behalf of customers.

 

Scope of Services

ElectriFi Consulting LLC’s services include:

• Requesting electricity and natural gas pricing through authorized broker platforms

• Assisting customers in reviewing available Supplier plans and offers

• Facilitating customer referrals to licensed Suppliers

All energy supply agreements are entered into directly between the customer and the selected Supplier, and all rates, fees, terms, and service obligations are governed solely by the Supplier’s contract and applicable tariffs.

 

No Rate-Setting or Utility Authority

ElectriFi Consulting LLC:

• Does not set, control, or guarantee energy rates

• Does not guarantee savings or service availability

• Does not provide transmission, distribution, or utility services

• Does not bill customers for electricity or natural gas supply

Outages, delivery issues, and service interruptions are the responsibility of the local utility or TDU, not ElectriFi Consulting LLC.

 

PUCT & ERCOT Consumer Disclosure (Texas)

For customers located in Texas, ElectriFi Consulting LLC operates in compliance with:

• The Texas Public Utility Commission (PUCT) rules

• ERCOT market regulations

• Applicable state and federal consumer protection laws

ElectriFi Consulting LLC is not affiliated with ERCOT, the PUCT, or any TDU. Texas customers retain the right to:

• Choose any licensed Retail Electric Provider

• Review the Electricity Facts Label (EFL), Terms of Service, and Your Rights as a Customer disclosures prior to enrollment

• Contact the PUCT Consumer Protection Division with questions or complaints

Multi-State Compliance Notice

ElectriFi Consulting LLC may operate in multiple deregulated energy markets where permitted by law. Availability of energy choice, plans, and Suppliers varies by state and utility territory. Services are offered only in jurisdictions where competitive energy choice programs are legally authorized.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell electricity or natural gas in a regulated or non-choice market.

 

No Guarantee of Savings

Energy pricing is market-based and subject to change. While competitive options may be presented, savings are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions, usage patterns, plan structure, Supplier terms, and regulatory factors.

 

Compensation Disclosure

ElectriFi Consulting LLC may receive compensation from licensed Suppliers and/or licensed energy brokers in connection with customer referrals. Compensation varies by Supplier and plan and does not affect customer eligibility or approval.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all Supplier-provided documents, including:

• Electricity Facts Labels (EFLs)

• Terms of Service

• Early Termination Fee (ETF) disclosures

• Renewal and pricing provisions

Questions related to billing, contract terms, service performance, or outages must be directed to the selected Supplier or the local utility provider.
